Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
